The variables considered in this report are:
The underlying hypotheses are:
At the aggregate level (all countries, EU countries, non-EU countries), the icons show the trend of the correlation between the variables analyzed in the countries in each group. Since the data (sample) for the aggregate levels are low for statistical calculations, 17 for all countries, 13 for EU countries and 4 for non-EU countries, the correlation is not statistically significant, so the results show a merely indicative correlation:
Positive correlation (correlation coefficient greater than +0,33)
No correlation (correlation coefficient between -0.33 and +0,33), and
Negative correlation (correlation coefficient less than -0.33).| Global technology status | Global policy status | Networked readiness index | ICT Development Index | Global policy status vs Global technology status | Networked readiness index vs Global technology status | ICT Development Index vs Global technology status | |
